South Bruce OPP have launched an investigation after a report of mischief at the Bruce County Rail Trail in Kincardine.
The trail system currently is being maintained from the Huron Shores ATV Club.
Police say over the last several weeks suspects entered the rail trail system off Bruce Road 33 and caused damage by taking signs, cutting a gate and cutting trees with the cost of repairs estimated at $4000.
OPP ask anyone with information to contact them.
