OPP say they are continuing their search for a missing 64 year old of Georgian Bluffs.
On January 26th, Grey Bruce OPP received a report that James Van-Veen failed to arrived for his scheduled work shift and a short time later his vehicle was found unoccupied in the parking lot at the Inglis Falls Conservation Area.
Various teams searched along trail systems, cliff edges with aerial searches focused on areas inaccessible on foot. Given the dangerous conditions, search operations were suspended.
OPP continue to monitor weather conditions to resume search efforts.
James is described as 5’10, 175lbs with shoulder length grey/white hair, a full grey beard, brown eyes and prescription glasses.
It’s believed he was last wearing dark overalls and high cut work boots.
