Huron County OPP are received an increase amount of reports affecting teens across the area.
Police say young teens are being contacted requesting for nude photos of themselves online and if they do so are then told to send money or the photos will be shared publicly.
OPP say Sextortion cases are on a massive high increase 87% over the last year.
Police say steps taking to avoid this are to just stop replying, take screenshots of the messages, block the texter and to report this incidents to an adult.
