The Hanover Police are once again reminding residents to check if their licence plates are attached, after more thefts throughout the area have been reported over the last month.
In a release, police say they are investigating reports of stolen license plates and other property from parked vehicles. They recommend residents lock their vehicle doors and don’t leave items of value inside.
Local police first put out a warning in late November after several reports of plates being stolen or swapped out.
