The Huron County OPP have charged a 37 year old male of ACW after a single vehicle collision north of Goderich.
Officers, Goderich Fire & Huron County Paramedics responded just before midnight on January 13th to the scene just north of town on Bluewater Highway.
They found a single vehicle had impacted the concrete bridge structure and guardrail causing considerable damage to the SUV.
The driver was the lone occupant of the vehicle and they were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
They were subsequently charged with operation while impaired and impaired over 80.
They have a court appearance set for February 27th in a Goderich court.
