The Municipality of Kincardine is testing some emergency alerting systems in the area next week.
Among those tests will be the Alert FM and Kincardine Alert Systems on July 22nd which will be tested around 12pm.
On July 23rd there will also be siren testing around Bruce Power between 10am-12pm.
Alert FM helps provided alerts to those within 10 kilometers of Bruce Power, the Kincardine Alert is designed to communicate with the public before, during and after an emergency while the Burce Power sirens alert residents of an unlikely event of a facility emergency.
