South Bruce Grey Health Centre offer update on Construction in Kincardine for CT Scanner

The model planned for location has been upgraded from a Siemens “Edge Plus” model to a X.Cite model at no cost from the company with it expected to be operational in February of 2023.

The South Bruce Grey Health Centre offered an update today on the progress of construction at the Kincardine Hospital in preparation for the new CT Scanner.

In the release they say construction on the 2,000-square-foot addition to house it is going well.

The purchase order for the CT scanner was issued in April of last year, with it set to be produced in time for delivery when construction of its building is complete.

The model planned for the location has been upgraded from a Siemens “Edge Plus” model to a X.Cite model at no cost from the company.

The CT scanner at the Kincardine hospital is expected to be operational in February of 2023.
