Today is the last day to provide feedback for the Nuclear Waste Management Organization’s survey on the development of its 5-year strategic plan.
The NWMO is tasked with implementing Canada’s plan for the safe, long-term management of used nuclear fuel.
The Implementation Plan is an ever-evolving document that is updated to reflect the progress in their work, input from communities & the public, advances in technology, insight from Indigenous Knowledge, societal values, and changes in public policy.
Feedback through the survey plays an important part in the development of the plan each year.
