A 43 year old sleeping behind the wheel was found to be suspended from driving.
On September 28th Saugeen Shores Police responded to a report of a man who was passed out at the wheel of his vehicle in a Southampton parking lot.
Officers located the vehicle which was found to not be running and while speaking with the man it was determined they were impaired.
The 43 year old was charged with Driving Under Suspension and Impaired Driving.
