A group of people will be taking a walk along the Goderich-to-Guelph trail to raise money to help women entrepreneurs and small holder farmers in Ghana.

The G2G2G walk (Guelph to Goderich to Ghana) is being organized by MEDA (or Menonite Economic Development Associates) and it will be done over a 5-day period starting Wednesday.

One of the members, Miriam Turnbull, says the walk is a way to remind others of how women in Ghana get to work.

MEDA has set a goal of $100,000 and people can go to the MEDA website to donate.
