An Owen Sound woman is facing charges after an investigation into an alleged fraud that took place at a local business.

Owen Sound Police were informed about a stolen credit card that was used to purchase $10,000 worth of goods from the Home Depot store on April 16th.

An investigation led police to a home where the products were delivered to, and a search warrant was executed Friday.

Officers were able to recover the goods and return them to the store.

The 46-year-old was arrested and later released, and will appear in an Owen Sound court later this month.
