A 26 year old is facing an impaired charge after a crash in Port Elgin.
On July 17th at around 9:30pm, Saugeen Shores Police responded to a report of a crash on Concession 6.
Police arrived to see a pickup had rear ended a sedan.
There were no reported serious injuries from the collision.
The driver of the pickup was subjected to a roadside screening where they registered a fail.
The 26 year old has been charged with Operation While Impaired.
The accused has had their licence suspended and vehicle impounded.
