Huron Kinloss Mayor thanks first responders, hydro crews, and township staff for work after storm

Huron Kinloss issued an update on the severe weather system that tore through the township producing heavy rainfall, high winds and hail that resulted in downed trees, power outages and minor property damage.

No injuries were reported.

Mayor Mitch Twolan say they give a huge shoutout to First Responders, Hydro Crews and Public Works staff for continuing to serve residents throughout these challenging times.

Public Works continues to clear downed trees and debris from public lands and roadways.

They say the work should be completed by the end of the week.
