Hydrant and distribution system flushing is taking place in Kincardine running for the entire week.
Starting this morning at 8am and lasting until 4:30pm daily until Friday residents may see periods of discolourtion taking place while flushing.
You are also asked to reduce your water usage during flushing hours to help minimize the amount of sediment and discolourtion into your household system.
Cold water taps may need to be flushed for several minutes and screens or filters cleaned after distribution flushing has occurred prior to using the water.
Anyone with concerns is asked to contact the Environmental Services Department.
