The Intake Period for the Southwestern Ontario Development Fund is now open. The fund is meant to provide support for projects and investments to businesses, municipalities and not-for-profit organizations for economic development in Southwestern Ontario.
The types of support available include funding and complementary services and support. It can fund projects that create jobs and build talent, attract and encourage private sector investment, lead to business growth and broad positive impacts and encourage innovation, collaboration and cluster development.
There are 18 geographic areas eligible for the fund including Huron, Perth, Bruce, Grey, Wellington and more.
There are various categories eligible including business projects and community economic development projects.
