A reminder applications are closing soon for the annual Summer Company Program in Huron County.
Applications are due by May 17th to be considered for the program.
The program helps students aged 15-29 who are looking to start their own business and are returning to school in the fall.
Applicants can receive up to $3000 in start up funds as well as get business coaching throughout the summer.
The program allows students to be their own boss while learning what it takes to manage a business, sales, marketing, bookkeeping and networking are among the skills developed.
