Metrolinx introduces regional GO train service to Stratford, St. Mary’s area

Commuters in St Mary’s and Stratford got their first experience on a GO train this morning.

The first trip left London’s VIA rail station at 5:20 and arrived at Toronto’s Union Station at 9:13.

There is a trip running from Toronto to London this afternoon that leaves Union Station at 4:19 and arrives in London at 8:17.

Both trips make stops in Stratford and St. Mary’s.

This is part of a pilot project by Metrolinx aimed at improving rail service in the southwestern Ontario corridor.
