Applications are now open for the 2022 Town of Goderich Youth Recognition Award.
The award is meant to highlight a youth who volunteers their time to help others and demonstrates teamwork and community involvement.
A nominee must be a resident of Goderich between the ages of 12 and 19 as of July 31. A prize of $300 and a Certificate of Recognition will be awarded to the winner at the regular Council meeting on September 19.
Nominations close August 1 at 4 p.m. Forms are available at town hall or online at www.goderich.ca/en/my-goderich/have-your-say.aspx.
