Owen Sound Police have made an arrest in a fatal hit and run last weekend.
A 21 year old man turned himself in after he sought legal advice.
Police after arresting the man searched his home where they found evidence to the hit and run on May 10th.
Police say a 2018 White Honda Civic has believed to be involved was located and will undergo forensic examination.
The 21 year old man has been charged with Failing to Stop at a Crash Causing Death and Dangerous Driving Causing Death.
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
