The Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority has issued a Watershed Conditions Flood Outlook Statement.

In it they advise that forecast precipitation, warm temperatures and associated snow melt will result in elevated water levels across the watershed, with the potential for flooding in low-lying areas.

High water levels, fast flowing water and slippery conditions along watercourse banks are extremely dangerous.

They remind to stay away from them and structures such as bridges, culverts and dams.

Any remaining ice on water, during or following this event will be unsafe to be on.
