Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 31 year old who fled from police in a stolen vehicle.
On November 26th at around 12:30pm, Grey Bruce OPP were conducting patrol in Georgian Bluffs when they spotted an individual who had an outstanding warrant.
When officers tried to arrest the man they fled on foot, stealing an unattended vehicle.
The vehicle was found a short time later with a spike belt applied and successfully stopped the vehicle with the suspect arrested.
The 31 year old of Georgian Bluffs has been charged with Flight from Police, Obstructing an officer, Dangerous Operation, Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Driving While Under Suspension and was held for bail.
