Bruce County has announced the appointment of Aaron Stauch as the new Employment Services Manager, effective July 25th.
Aaron is an experienced leader and an expert in partnership development.
Aaron Stauch will lead a team supporting the delivering of service system management and operationalizing the objectives of the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Employment Services Consortium.
The Consortium, while under Aaron’s leadership, will transition to full implementation as the regional Employment Services system manager (SSM) over the coming year, build on the strengths of the existing employment services network, foster a collaborative and efficient system to meet the diverse needs of all individuals, and be responsive to local labour market needs.
